Mercedes-Benz Service Coordinator

In this role, you'll be a crucial point of contact for our valued clients, and your professional demeanor and communication skills will help deliver the top-quality service they deserve. You'll serve as the central hub for our service department, supporting a dedicated team of six Service Advisors and coordinating our premium pick-up and delivery services. Job Responsibilities

• Serve as an additional point of contact for inbound service inquiries, scheduling and modifying appointments for new and existing Mercedes-Benz clients.
• Work with our dispatch team on daily logistics for our customer pick-up and delivery service, ensuring seamless transportation and loaner vehicle hand-offs.
• Collaborate directly with our six Service Advisors to help where needed.
• Provide exceptional, solution-oriented customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Follow up with clients regarding appointment confirmations, special parts orders, and post-service satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, dispatch, or scheduling. (Automotive dealership or BDC experience is highly preferred, but not strictly required for the right candidate).
• Skills: Strong computer literacy, ability to learn new scheduling software quickly, and excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to present yourself professionally.
• Pacing: Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy and composure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Mindset: A positive, professional attitude with a genuine commitment to delivering luxury-level client care.

• Schedule: Full-time hours, Monday through Friday, with only one Saturday required per month.
