What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist Home Care position at VITAS Healthcare?

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Qualified candidates must be licensed as required by the State and must meet the Federal Conditions of Participation of Home Health Agencies (USC 42 Section 1395x Health Insurance for the Aged Act). 
  • Two (2) years experience minimum.
EDUCATION
  • Education required for state licensure.
