What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Worker position at Vitanorth?
Summary:
Receive and ship Supplements as per customer and company requirements while working within a team environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Verifies and keep a record of incoming and outgoing shipments
- prepares items for shipment by performing the following duties and responsibilities
- Compare identifying information, counts, weighs, or measures items for incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of ladings, records.
- Places shipping labels to properly identify information and instruction onto cartons, crates, or other containers
- Examine outgoing shipments to ensure specifications are met
- Unpack and examine incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, and records shortages correspond with the shipper to rectify damages or shortages
- Maintains the inventory of shipping materials and supplies. Take samples and send to lab.
Physical Requirements
· High school Diploma.
· Mechanical interest / aptitude.
· Preferably with mechanical experience in industrial manufacturing.
· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
· Must be able to work well with limited supervision in a team environment.
· Must have good organizational, documentation and housekeeping skills.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
