We are seeking 2nd Shift Customer Care Reps to start their career at Vitamix. As a Customer Care Rep, in a customer service and engagement environment, you will take ownership for each customer interaction while educating and counseling Vitamix owners and future owners on the features and benefits of our products.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create the Vitamix WOW by ensuring the customer feels heard and important, expeditiously handling all types of household customer contact in a friendly, cooperative, and professional manner, and consistently meeting or exceeding customers’ expectations.
- Build rapport with customers and encourages sharing their experience with our product and our brand through social media and writing testimonials, and greater frequency of use and/or number of applications with our products.
- Ensure the customer is educated through knowledge of, personal experience with, and a passion for the benefits of Vitamix to sell product or additional products (e.g., cross-sell/up-sell) where appropriate.
- Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge for Vitamix products and processes in order to aid customers with product features, functions, benefits, and parts.
- Quickly resolves order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability, and back order issues in collaboration with management and related departments.
- Updates customer records with pertinent information regarding product, address, phone, and critical shipping information.
- Proactively manage sales calls and effectively sell Vitamix products by determining customers’ needs and informing them of new and/or existing products and services.
The ideal candidate will also possess:
- Experience with Vitamix blenders and interest in health, nutrition, culinary techniques, or recipes is a plus
- Experience utilizing computer software (Oracle and Salesforce preferred)
- Must have high speed internet and a quiet private area to work from home
- Must be able to work 2nd shift (11:30-8:00)
- Must be able to work 1 Saturday a month, every 3 weeks (from 9-5)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical and non-technical information to customers
- Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred
- Experience using social media channels (i.e. Facebook, Instagram)
- High school diploma or GED required. Additional education is a plus
