Responsibilities
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to effectively assist customers.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean and visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on the latest vitamins, supplements, and wellness trends to better assist customers.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Expected to help close the store in the evenings based on schedule.
