Experienced Site Manager

VitalSkin Dermatology is seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Manager to lead operations at our Middletown dermatology practice in Louisville. In this pivotal role, you will ensure smooth daily operations, empower staff and providers with the tools they need to deliver exceptional patient care, and serve as a key liaison between all clinical teams, providers, and leadership.

| Full-Time, On-Site | Annual Comp Range: $65,000–$75,000 (based on experience)

What will YOU bring to the role?

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of site or practice management / leadership experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
• Strong critical thinking, flexibility, and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field
• Familiarity with third-party payer systems (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and Department of Health programs)
• Strong preference will be given to dermatology experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and onboarding of new team members
• Oversee training, development, and performance coaching
• Manage staff scheduling and PTO coverage
• Ensure clinical schedules and provider templates are accurate and optimized
• Monitor patient flow and support front-line operations as needed
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and facility repairs
• Manage supply ordering and inventory documentation
• Facilitate daily team huddles and ensure end-of-day processes (batch closing, deposits) are completed
• Serve as the primary backup when the Practice Manager is out

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and computer use
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. occasionally
