Vitals Family Medicine & MedSpa is hiring a Medical Assistant for our Allen location. We're a physician-owned practice seeing 30–40 patients per day across primary care and aesthetics — no hospital bureaucracy, real ownership of your work.
What you'll do
- Room patients, take vitals, document history in eClinicalWorks
- Injections, venipuncture, EKGs, point-of-care testing
- Prior authorizations, referrals, and refill processing
- Support chronic care management outreach and patient follow-up
- Assist with MedSpa intake and pre/post-treatment care as needed
What we need
- CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification (or 2 years hands-on clinical MA experience)
- EMR experience — eClinicalWorks strongly preferred
- Comfortable with a fast pace and a small team where everyone covers
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Compensation: $[15–25]/hr based on certification and experience. Paid time off, employee pricing on MedSpa services, growth into lead MA or CCM coordinator roles.
Schedule: Full-time, Mon–Fri. Occasional Saturday.
