Vitality Staffing Solutions is seeking a dynamic and proactive Staffing Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in our office that will be located in Allentown, PA.
*Candidates must have experience recruiting for light industrial staffing. *
Responsibilities:
- Contact, screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
- On-board new employees
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Provide management with requested compliance reports and documents needed daily/weekly
- Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
- Accurately maintain employee files
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition.
- Requires weekend availability to confirm candidate placements for Monday morning.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of proven experience in staffing coordination or recruitment roles with a strong focus on technical recruiting and talent management.
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Avionte onboarding platform
- Spanish (Required)
Salary : $20 - $24
