Invoicing Clerk Duties: Filing, scanning, and uploading invoices and related shipping/receiving documents. Maintain organized digital and physical records for auditing and compliance purposes. Utilize Microsoft Outlook for communication and record management. Coordinate with warehouse and administrative teams to ensure accurate invoice tracking and data entry. Monitor and verify document accuracy before submission or upload. Respond to internal inquiries regarding invoices or documentation status. Perform other clerical duties as assigned to support warehouse operations. Other duties as assigned. Invoicing Clerk Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and general computer applications. Prior experience in a warehouse or administrative support role is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with document management systems and scanning equipment is a plus.
