Vitality South is seeking a dynamic, growth-minded Sales & Account Coordinator to drive business development and manage key client relationships. In this dual-focus role, you will be the driving force behind our agency's growth—hunting for new business opportunities and upselling existing accounts—while simultaneously ensuring smooth daily operations and high-level client satisfaction from our Tupelo office.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales: Actively pursue new business leads to expand the agency’s portfolio. Identify growth opportunities within our current client base and successfully execute account upgrades.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary liaison for our clients, ensuring project momentum, clear communication, and long-term retention.
- Agency Operations & Front-of-House: Act as the professional "face" of the Vitality South office. Manage the daily flow of the agency by triaging incoming communications, welcoming clients, and handling inquiries with expert brand knowledge.
- Digital Content Coordination: Direct the strategic distribution of social media content using assets from our creative team. Oversee AI-assisted SEO writing to ensure our clients’ digital presences are optimized and aligned with their marketing goals.
Compensation & Commission Structure
We reward performance. This position offers a stable baseline with significant upside for a motivated closer by paying base commission.
