3001 Twin Rivers Drive, Suite A, Arkadelphia, AR 71923

Pay: $15-18 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Part time, up to 24 hours per week, weekdays between 9 AM and 5 PM

Small Town Care. Big City Aesthetics.

You don’t have to move to Little Rock or Dallas to build a career in advanced aesthetics and regenerative medicine. It’s happening right here in Arkadelphia, and we’re looking for a sharp, warm, dependable Medical Assistant to help us grow it.

Vitality ReGen Aesthetics and Vitality Telehealth are led by Lori Smith, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, a doctorally prepared, board certified family nurse practitioner specializing in hormone therapy, peptide therapy, medical weight loss, and regenerative and aesthetic medicine. We care for patients in person here in Clark County and through telehealth across Arkansas and beyond.

This isn’t a job where you’re one of twenty MAs nobody knows by name. We’re a small, growing practice, which means you’ll work side by side with our provider every shift, learn treatments most Medical Assistants never get close to, and become the familiar face our patients look forward to seeing.

What You’ll Do

Clinical Support

  • Assist with medical consultations, aesthetic treatments, and in office procedures
  • Prepare patients, treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment so every appointment runs smoothly
  • Take vital signs, update medical histories, and keep electronic health records accurate and complete
  • Help telehealth patients get connected and prepared for their virtual visits
  • Maintain spotless clinical standards, instrument sterilization, and OSHA and HIPAA compliance

Patient Experience

  • Greet every patient like a neighbor, because in Arkadelphia, they probably are
  • Reinforce treatment plans, patient education, and pre and post treatment instructions
  • Manage scheduling, patient calls and messages, follow ups, and daily office flow
  • Keep inventory stocked and organized

Content & Community

  • Capture before and after photos and short videos for patient records, education, and social media, always with signed patient authorization
  • Help out at occasional community events and patient appreciation nights

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Medical Assistant certification or completion of a medical assisting program (preferred)
  • At least one year of clinical experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
  • A polished, professional presence and a genuinely positive attitude
  • Reliability. When you say you’ll be there, you’re there.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or primary care
  • Comfort behind a camera or a phone, or experience creating social media content
  • A personal interest in skincare, wellness, or hormone health

Never worked in aesthetics? That’s okay. We’ll train you on our procedures, equipment, and protocols. We care more about how you treat people than what’s already on your resume.

You’ll Fit Right In If You...

  • Can put a nervous first time patient at ease in under a minute
  • Speak just as comfortably with a college sophomore as with a woman navigating menopause
  • Notice the small details other people miss
  • Take initiative instead of waiting to be told
  • Want to learn, grow, and be part of something that’s building

This Role Is a Great Fit For

  • Henderson State and Ouachita Baptist students or graduates on the path to nursing, PA school, or aesthetics
  • Certified MAs who want hands on aesthetics experience without leaving Clark County
  • Anyone looking for meaningful part time work with a weekday schedule

Why Vitality?

  • Learn directly from a doctorally trained nurse practitioner, one on one
  • Gain experience with advanced aesthetic, regenerative, and hormone treatments
  • Predictable weekday hours with no nights or weekends, aside from the occasional event
  • A small team where your work is seen, valued, and matters
  • Real growth potential as the practice expands
