Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide essential support to patients, assist nursing staff and office staff in delivering high-quality care. You will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients while adhering to healthcare protocols and standards.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize electronic health records management and patient tracking.
- Be able to help office staff with duties.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or in a similar healthcare role is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical documentation practices and electronic health record systems such as Cerner is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment are required.
