We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and skilled part-time Infusion Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about patient care and functional and integrative medicine, who thrives in a personalized, patient-centered healthcare setting and values delivering exceptional, tailored care. As an Infusion Nurse, you will play a vital role in collaborating with our medical team to provide comprehensive patient care, administer treatments, and contribute to the seamless operation of our clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care and support, ensuring comfort and safety during treatments and procedures. Coordinate patient care in person, over the phone, and via portal messaging to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Administer treatments such as IV therapy, injections, venipuncture, and other specialized services in accordance with provider instructions.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, recovery, and wellness practices.
- Collaborate with the medical team to provide integrative care tailored to each patient’s needs, and work with the entire Vitality team to optimize and deliver an exceptional patient experience.
- Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and any changes in condition. Communicate and document effectively with patients and staff using the clinic’s EMR system.
- Assist in various administrative tasks, including patient intake, medical charting, scheduling, patient follow-ups, and other duties to ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain a clean and organized workspace, including exam rooms, ensuring all medical equipment is in proper working order and that the environment is safe and clean.
- Follow all safety protocols, infection control practices, and confidentiality guidelines.
Education and Qualifications:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN license in Tennessee.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a clinical or holistic outpatient healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of IV therapy, injections, and basic clinical procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
- Experience with alternative and functional medicine is a plus, but not required.
- BLS/CPR Certification required.

Schedule: Part-time (Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm)
Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Pay: Starting at $24 - $30 per hour, but negotiable depending on experience and education.
We are willing to train a nurse with strong clinical skills, a compassionate attitude, and the ability to quickly learn new procedures and patient care techniques.
