As a Vitality Living Maintenance Technician, you will impact lives as you:
- Perform routine preventative maintenance, as directed by supervisor
- Strip, wax, and buff floors on a scheduled routine basis and as needed for unexpected occurrences
- Move furniture, equipment, and assist residents with moving needs as assigned
- Assist with grounds care as necessary, such as weeding in the summer or snow removal in the winter
- Consistently work cooperatively with residents, co-workers, physicians, families, consultant personnel and other ancillary service providers

- High school diploma or GED
- Three to five years of painting/wallcovering experience in a residential setting
- Electrical and plumbing experience
- Proficiency in the English language enabling the employee to read, write, comprehend and communicate simple instructions, correspondence, memos, etc.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community and on-call duties
