What You’ll Do
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for operations including team coordinators, intake, and scheduling teams.
- Ensure patients and families experience a seamless, compassionate start to hospice care.
- Partner with finance on budgets and staffing models to keep care efficient and sustainable.
- Represent our hospice in the community, building trust with referral sources, participating in service reviews, and managing recovery efforts.
- Work closely with clinical leadership and business development to keep care and operations aligned.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required (state-specific).
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or a related field.
- 5 years of healthcare leadership experience (hospice or home health strongly preferred).
- Skilled in managing multiple teams and improving operational processes.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Demonstrated success in business development and community relations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills with a heart for service and patient care.
Compensation & Benefits
- Total compensation: $75,000 – $100,000 annually (base performance-based bonus), depending on experience and organizational needs.
