What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire the team coordinators, intake, and scheduling teams.
- Ensure patients and families experience a seamless, compassionate start to hospice care.
- Partner with finance on budgets and staffing models to keep care efficient and sustainable.
- Represent our hospice in family meetings, service reviews, and recovery efforts.
- Work closely with clinical leadership and business development to keep care and operations aligned.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
- 5 years of healthcare leadership (hospice or home health strongly preferred).
- Skilled in managing multiple teams and improving operations.
- Strong communicator with a heart for service and patient care.
Compensation & Benefits
- The expected total compensation for this position, including base salary and performance-based incentive bonus, is $75,000 – $100,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and organizational needs.
