Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
Location: Field-Based | Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (occasional evenings/weekends)

We’re seeking an exceptional Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our team and help us fulfill our mission of improving the quality of life for patients and their loved ones. Key Responsibilities
As a CHHA, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse Case Manager and be responsible for providing high-quality personal care to patients in their homes. Duties include:
- Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, hygiene)
- Supporting patient mobility and transfers
- Light housekeeping tasks
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Accurate documentation of care provided
- Traveling to patient locations within the service area
What We're Looking For
- Active New Jersey CHHA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance
- Compassionate and dependable with strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills
- Respect for patient dignity and confidentiality
