Vitality Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care to clients in New Port Richey and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities may include:
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal-care needs
• Helping with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Preparing meals and providing medication reminders
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry
• Providing companionship and supervision
• Accompanying clients on errands or appointments when authorized
• Documenting services and clocking in and out through the required EVV system
• Reporting changes in the client’s condition or safety concerns promptly
Requirements:
• Current Florida CNA license or valid HHA certificate
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Recent physical examination and tuberculosis screening
• Level 2 background screening
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Professional, respectful, and compassionate attitude
• Ability to follow the client’s plan of care and agency policies
