We're seeking an accomplished Vice President / Director of Operations for a senior leadership opportunity with an established commercial construction company in Southern California.

Our client has built a respected business over several decades while continuing to evolve with the market. The company offers the scale and financial strength to pursue significant work yet senior leaders remain close to the business and the people delivering it. This creates an opportunity for an experienced executive to step into an established organization with genuine authority and direct access to ownership.

In this role, you'll provide leadership across the construction business with responsibility for operational performance and the teams responsible for delivering the work. You'll partner with ownership on key business decisions while developing senior leaders and maintaining the discipline required to support profitable performance.

Qualifications

• 12 years of progressive commercial construction experience.
• Senior leadership experience with responsibility for multiple projects and teams.
• Proven success developing high-performing talent and mentoring future leaders.
• Strong understanding of project financials and operational risk.
• Executive presence with the ability to work effectively with ownership and key clients.

The anticipated compensation range is $300,000 to $450,000, including bonus potential tied to performance and a comprehensive executive benefits package. Overall compensation will reflect the experience and scope of responsibility of the selected candidate.
