We're looking to connect with an experienced Superintendent for a large-scale multifamily project in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This role will oversee field operations from groundbreaking through turnover, including scheduling, trade partner coordination, site safety, and quality control.
We're seeking a resourceful construction field leader who communicates effectively, performs well in a fast-paced environment, and someone that loves a challenge and wants to be part of a great team!
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5 years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC or a Developer/Builder
- Stable career progression
- Bachelor's Degree
- Positive attitude
