Construction Project Manager - Hotels / Extended-Stay / High-Density Residential
We are a commercial construction company with a strong presence in the Pasadena and greater Los Angeles market, delivering complex ground-up hotel, extended-stay hotel, and high-density residential projects. We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our Pasadena team.
This is a high-ownership role for a strong project leader who can manage complex hotel, extended-stay hotel, and high-density residential projects from precon through closeout while maintaining strong scheduling, budget control, coordination, cost management, quality, safety, client communication, and overall execution.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 7 years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC
- Stable career progression
- Bachelor's Degree

This role offers strong ownership, a solid project pipeline, and long-term growth opportunity. Base salary range is $150,000 - $180,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package, company vehicle allowance, 401K, PTO, annual bonus, and much more.
