We're seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager in the Bay Area to lead high-quality commercial interiors, tenant improvement and renovation projects for a respected general contractor.
Our client is a well-respected Bay Area GC known for technical excellence, long-standing client relationships and delivering complex projects the right way through collaboration and accountability.
This is a strong opportunity for a Project Manager who wants real ownership of their projects and enjoys working closely with clients. You will handle the complete project delivery from start to finish. This includes managing budgets and schedules, procurement, subcontractor coordination, financial performance and client communication while maintaining high standards for quality, safety and successful outcomes.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 7 years of experience, ideally with a Top ENR general contractor
- Bachelor’s degree
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects while building strong client relationships and delivering outstanding results
