Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead preconstruction efforts for multiple high-value commercial projects across diverse market sectors
- Oversee estimating, scheduling, value engineering, and constructability reviews during design development
- Manage relationships with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure alignment from concept to contract
- Guide subcontractor outreach, bid leveling, and procurement strategies
- Partner with business development to position the company competitively in target markets
- Mentor and grow a high-performing preconstruction team, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence
