A well-established and fast-growing industrial real estate developer based in Atlanta is looking for a Director of Construction to lead ground-up projects across the region. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of large-scale developments—primarily tilt-wall warehouses and distribution facilities—and be a key player in a company with a healthy pipeline and a clear path for growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll oversee projects from start to finish, working closely with development, design, and field teams to keep everything moving on time, on budget, and to spec. This isn’t a back-office job—you’ll be actively involved in site walks, contractor management, and solving problems in real time.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ideally, someone coming from another industrial developer with hands-on experience leading large warehouse or logistics projects
• They’ll also consider candidates from top-tier general contractors who’ve delivered large tilt-wall or distribution facilities
• You should be confident managing site development, vertical construction, and field operations
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and scheduling skills are a must
