Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of adult clinical care and home care regulations
- Proficient with Windows-based systems and healthcare software
- Effective planning, time management, and ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must understand English proficiently.

Education and Experience:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in the State of Minnesota.
- Two years in home health, med-surg, or acute care preferred
