Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to psychiatric staff, assisting coordinators in recruitment and selection of clinical staff.
- Coordinating the facility behavioral health Quality Improvement Program, driving continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery.
- Ensuring the integration of treatment programs contracted to VitalCore, ensuring they are appropriately staffed.
