Job Location: Milford, MA.
Anticipated Start Date: Late July 2025; Semi-regular weekly onsite clinic schedule, Dayshift.
Job Type: Per diem, 1099 contract.
Pay Rate: $80/hr (onsite).
Full Description
VitalCheck Wellness is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to evaluate employees of a private business in Milford, MA. This is a great opportunity for physical therapists who desire to help improve the physical function, work performance, and daily lives of employees of a manufacturing company.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial in-person assessments, including demonstration and instruction of exercises tailored to individual needs.
- Perform ergonomic assessments.
- Provide follow-up care both onsite and virtually.
- Develop personalized treatment and exercise plans based on assessment findings.
- Identify when further medical or rehabilitative care is needed and refer appropriately.
- Maintain timely and accurate client documentation.
- Deliver home exercise programs and provide guidance through telehealth as appropriate.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree from a Physical Therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Education of the American Physical Therapy Association is required.
- Clean active Physical Therapist License in state of MA.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience performing workplace ergonomic assessments.
- Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, EMR systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Personal laptop or tablet required.
- Must be able to reliably commute to office in Milford, MA.
