What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mobile Phlebotomist position at Vital Lab?
Mobile Phlebotomist
Vital Lab is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomists to work in a variety of settings. Phlebotomist must have availability Monday - Friday and some Saturdays as needed (PRN).
Requirements:
- Self starter comfortable working without direct supervision
- Strong venipuncture skills (pediatric and geriatric)
- Advanced knowledge of specimen handling requirements
- Organized and detail oriented (good penmanship and attention to detail to is a must)
- Reliable transportation and auto insurance.
- Smart phone or tablet (WiFi capabilities) to use our mobile App
- Professional Liability Insurance required.
- Centrifuge is a required.
Qualifications:
- Phlebotomist (PBT), *Medical Assistant (CCMA), *Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), *EMT-B
- American Heart Association BLS/ACLS certification

This is a 1099 position on a contractual basis
