Job Summary
We are hiring a Truck Driver to haul grain and other agricultural commodities between local facilities and customer locations within an assigned territory. This is a local driving position with regular working hours and consistent routes. The role supports daily operations through safe driving, efficient routing, and professional customer interactions. Key Responsibilities
• Transport grain and agricultural commodities safely and on schedule
• Operate semi trucks and other commercial vehicles on local routes
• Follow assigned routes to improve efficiency and reduce mileage
• Operate vehicles in compliance with DOT and company safety requirements
• Perform daily vehicle and equipment inspections
• Maintain accurate delivery, load, and safety records
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Keep assigned vehicle clean and report maintenance needs
• Assist with additional routes or locations as needed
• Work flexible hours, including overtime during peak seasons
• Support additional operational duties and work as part of a team
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Commercial driving or agriculture-related experience preferred
• Class A CDL preferred OR willingness to obtain CDL with company assistance
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours during harvest
