Business Development and Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Business Development and Marketing Coordinator to support the growth and expansion of our clinical practice. Our organization provides clinical services to residents in skilled nursing facilities, long-term care communities, and assisted living facilities.

This individual will play an important role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and promoting the clinical services we offer. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is comfortable with cold calling, networking, prospect research, and developing creative marketing strategies to increase awareness of our services and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective clients, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare organizations.
• Conduct outbound calls, cold outreach, and follow-up communications to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with facility administrators, directors of nursing, social services departments, and other key decision-makers.
• Promote the organization's clinical services through direct outreach, networking, and marketing initiatives.
• Research new markets and identify opportunities for practice growth and expansion.
• Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies, promotional materials, and outreach campaigns.
• Coordinate introductory meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities with prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, prospect activity, and business development opportunities.
• Represent the organization professionally at networking events, industry meetings, and other business development activities.
• Collaborate with leadership to support business development, marketing, and organizational growth initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or healthcare is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, or healthcare outreach preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making cold calls and initiating conversations with prospective clients.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Creative thinker with the ability to identify new opportunities and approaches to marketing and outreach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

Salary : $42,355 - $64,148
