Responsibilities:
- Present and promote insurance policies to both new and existing clients
- Analyze clients' needs to develop suitable insurance plans
- Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns
- Expand business network using effective networking techniques
- Ensure adherence to insurance standards and regulations
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies accordingly
Qualifications:
- While prior experience in insurance, customer service, or related fields is preferred, it is not required
- Demonstrated ability to establish strong relationships with clients
- Proficient in negotiation techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and multitasking effectively
