Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective negotiation and relationship management. You will work closely with referral sources to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and ensure their satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, relationship, analysis, and follow-up skills, along with a proven track record in medical sales/service. Home infusion sales is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in technology sales.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies.
- Utilize Trella for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product features and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Lead negotiations with clients to close deals while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and/or account management.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Familiarity with infusion/medical sales concepts and practices is preferred.
- Proficient in CRM software for managing client relationships and account data.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and client needs.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in driving team success and achieving targets.
