Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacy Manager to lead daily pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, support clinical excellence, and help drive continued growth of our infusion pharmacy services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all pharmacy operations and workflow management
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and company policies
- Lead, mentor, and develop pharmacy staff
- Collaborate with providers, nurses, payers, and patients to coordinate infusion therapy
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and medication procurement
- Assist with payer audits, accreditation activities, and policy development
Qualifications
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical practices, compounding, and drug therapies.
- Strong counseling and communication skills to provide patient education.
- Proficiency in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing medical records.
- Ability to manage inventory and oversee pharmacy operations.
- Pharmacist license in good standing in the state of Wisconsin.
- Experience in infusion therapy or home infusion is a plus.

Hours:
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday through Friday
- No nights, holidays, or weekends
Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
