We are seeking a full-time, on-site Director of Nursing to lead our nursing operations in Carmel, IN. The Director of Nursing will oversee patient care services, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, and implement effective care delivery protocols. Responsibilities include managing nursing teams, coordinating long-term care efforts, maintaining infection control standards, and collaborating with medical staff to deliver optimal medical care.
