Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as plumbing repairs, painting (including residential painting), and general building upkeep.
- Supervise or collaborate with team members on maintenance projects while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance within manufacturing or residential settings.
- Strong electrical experience with the ability to read schematics and work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Mechanical knowledge with skills in plumbing, drywall, electrical, reading diagnostic issues and using hand tools.
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams and schematics accurately.
- Experience supervising or leading maintenance teams is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and other electrical testing devices.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to electrical work, welding, and general facilities maintenance. Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
