The Position
As we continue to grow, we are looking for part-time and full-time licensed clinical social workers to work with the geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting. Our psychotherapy positions can include:

The Position
As we continue to grow, we are looking for part-time and full-time licensed clinical social workers to work with the geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting. Our psychotherapy positions can include:

- Collaborate with the skilled nursing facility’s integrated care team along with Vitae’s clinical team including adult nurse practitioners, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, LCSWs, and podiatrists.
- A balanced work-life schedule with flexible hours. No nights, weekends, or off-hours are required.
- Malpractice insurance coverage of $1 million/$3 million, provided by Vitae.
- Hold an active and unrestricted LCSW in the state.
- A completed masters in social work.
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
