Compensation:
$18 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, personalized care to residents, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to promote independence.
- Monitor and document residents' health status, reporting any changes to the nursing team promptly.
- Support residents during meals, ensuring dietary needs are met and encouraging social interaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, contributing to a welcoming and safe community for all.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities, fostering a sense of belonging and purpose.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident's unique needs.
