Compensation:$55,000 - $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Interviewing
- Hiring and onboarding of new staff
- Ensure new candidates are oriented and trained properly
- Ensure all staff stay current with the required training
- Follow up with all staff regarding performance issues and ensure improvements are achieved
- Organize and assist with new move-in inquiries and tours
- Introduce new policies and tasks to all staff and ensure proper understanding is achieved by all
- Perform office management duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies
- Manage staff timesheets for accuracy and submit them for payroll
- Complete weekly inventory of nursing and cleaning supplies and groceries. Complete weekly orders to ensure all supplies and groceries are available
