Role Overview
Vita-Pakt is seeking a strategic Inside Sales / Customer Development Specialist who drives account growth, develops customer relationships, and influences business decisions through independent judgment and analysis.
This role goes beyond routine order processing and requires critical thinking, strategic planning, and decision-making to support business objectives. We are looking for candidates with strong direct customer interaction experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented while also able to effectively engage and communicate with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account & Customer Development

Develop and implement account growth strategies for assigned customers.

Analyze sales trends, customer purchasing behavior, and market conditions to provide actionable recommendations.

Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts, addressing complex issues and providing solutions that align with business objectives.
Pricing & Contract Strategy

Exercise independent judgment in recommending pricing adjustments, special programs, or contract terms within defined guidelines.

Collaborate with leadership to optimize pricing, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

Review and approve exceptions or special terms based on account value and market analysis.
Cross-Functional Influence

Coordinate with operations, logistics, finance, and production teams to align customer needs with company capabilities.

Provide insights and recommendations to leadership that influence production, inventory, and service priorities.

Contribute to the development and improvement of inside sales processes through strategic input.
Customer Relationship Strategy

Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic accounts.

Identify opportunities for account expansion, retention, and upselling.

Advise leadership on market trends and competitor activity that impact customer strategy.
Qualifications

Experience in account development, strategic sales, or customer relations.

Strong analytical skills and ability to exercise judgment on matters of significance.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and make decisions affecting revenue, customer experience, or operational outcomes.

Knowledge of manufacturing or production environments preferred.
