This is a full-time, on-site QA/QC position located in Ontario, CA. The QA/QC professional will oversee quality assurance and quality control practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. Responsibilities include performing quality audits, implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), monitoring quality metrics, conducting inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues. The role will also require thorough documentation and reporting of quality performance and improvements.
- Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management principles and methodologies
- Experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) implementation and adherence
- Expertise in Quality Auditing practices, including audit execution and compliance tracking
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret and apply industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Quality Management, Science, or Engineering (preferred)
- Experience in manufacturing or the protein/capsule industry is a plus
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Ontario, CA
