The Sales & Marketing Assistant plays a central role in driving Vita Apartment Locators’ daily operations by managing inbound leads, supporting apartment locators, producing marketing content, and strengthening the company’s online reputation. This position directly impacts lead conversion, booked showings, lease closings, and consistent 5‑star review generation. As the first point of contact for new inquiries, the assistant delivers fast, professional communication, qualifies clients, coordinates showings, and ensures seamless transitions from lead to lease while maintaining 100% CRM accuracy.
