Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Fayetteville, NC, with the flexibility to perform some tasks from home. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and creating content across various social media platforms, developing and implementing content strategies, optimizing social media performance, and engaging with the online community. Day-to-day activities include scheduling posts, monitoring engagement metrics, collaborating with the team to create campaigns, and staying updated on trends in social media marketing.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills with a focus on crafting engaging content
- Experience in developing Content Strategies tailored to various platforms
- Knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and emerging trends
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
- Experience in healthcare or medical-related industries is a plus
