What You'll Be Doing

• Match amazing caregivers with clients throughout Philadelphia, Delaware, and Chester Counties.
• Be the hero who saves the day when schedules change or call-offs happen.
• Build relationships by talking with caregivers, clients, families, and teammates every day.
• Keep schedules, notes, and records organized and up to date.
• Make sure tomorrow's schedule—and the weekend schedule—is locked in before you head home.
• Become an EVV Champion! Help caregivers stay on track with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) by coaching them on using the HHAeXchange app, troubleshooting clock-in and clock-out issues, and celebrating great compliance while helping everyone stay audit-ready.
• Keep an eye on attendance, schedule changes, and client updates so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Team up with Recruiting Team to make sure we've always got enough great caregivers ready to serve our clients.
• Verify caregivers meet all requirements before matching them with clients.
• Join our rotating on-call team to help solve after-hours scheduling challenges (because superheroes take turns, too!).
• Most importantly, help ensure our clients receive the dependable, compassionate care they deserve every single day.

What We're Looking For

• Two or more years of experience in scheduling, staffing, customer service, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities.
• Home care or healthcare experience is a plus—but we'll teach the right person.
• Availability to participate in a rotating evening and weekend on-call schedule.
