BI Manager

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Power BI dashboards and reports to provide clear insights into operational, financial, and customer performance.
  
• Collaborate closely with C-level executives to gather requirements, present insights, and support strategic decision-making.
  
• Oversee end-to-end business intelligence lifecycle, including data gathering, modeling, visualization, and performance tuning.
  
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
  
• Analyze trends, identify root causes of issues, and recommend actionable solutions across transportation, warehousing, and last-mile logistics functions.
  
• Manage and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts.
  
• Partner with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and system integration from multiple logistics and supply chain platforms.
  
• Establish KPIs and develop performance tracking frameworks for 3PL partners and internal logistics teams.
  
• Drive data governance, standardization, and quality control processes to ensure reliable reporting and analysis.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, Logistics, or a related field.
  
• Experience in BI, data analysis, or business analysis, with managerial or lead role.
  
• Strong experience in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  
• Proven ability to communicate technical findings clearly and effectively with C-level stakeholders.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen business acumen.
  
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and working with large datasets.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
