About Us
Visual Solution Systems is a B2B video production company based in the Inland Empire. We build custom training and onboarding video systems for trades companies, manufacturers, schools, and industrial facilities. One client cut employee onboarding from two weeks to two days using our video library. We're a small, focused team — this is not a corporate job.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be visiting local businesses in person — manufacturing facilities, trade companies, industrial parks, and schools — and introducing Visual Solution Systems. Your day-to-day includes talking to front desks, office managers, operations leads, and owners to get us in front of the right decision-maker. You'll leave materials, book follow-up calls or meetings, and track every visit and conversation in a simple daily log we provide.
You are NOT expected to close deals, quote prices, or make promises. Your job is to open doors. We handle everything after that.
Who We're Looking For
You're naturally comfortable talking to strangers — this is non-negotiable. You handle rejection without taking it personally and keep moving. You're reliable — if you say you'll hit 20 businesses, you hit 20. You have some background in sales, customer service, real estate, door-to-door, staffing, or anything that required earning people's attention. You're based in or near the Inland Empire / Victor Valley area with a reliable vehicle and valid license.

Compensation
- Base pay: $18–$22/hr
- Bonus per booked meeting: $50–$75
- Bonus per closed deal: $150–$300
- Hours: 15–25 per week, flexible schedule
First 90 Days
Weeks 1–2: Learn the pitch, shadow the owner on visits, get familiar with materials.
Weeks 3–4: Hit the field independently, 15–25 business visits per week.
Month 2: Booking 2–4 qualified meetings per week.
Month 3: Established territory rhythm with referral relationships forming.
