Position Overview
We’re seeking a Real Estate Photographer/Videographer to capture high-quality photo and video content of residential properties. You’ll represent our brand in the field, providing exceptional customer service and consistently delivering content that meets our professional standards.
Our in-house and outsourced teams handle all editing, scheduling, and sales—you simply capture and upload your materials by 9:00 PM the same day.

Responsibilities
- Photograph and film residential real estate listings
- Capture and upload 3D tours, drone shots, and floor plan imagery (when applicable)
- Ensure all files are delivered by 9:00 PM on the day of the shoot
- Provide outstanding customer service and communication with clients
- Maintain professional conduct and appearance at all times
- Travel independently throughout New Jersey using your own vehicle
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in real estate photography and videography is a plus
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and white balance
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Professional, confident, and reliable demeanor
- FAA Part 107 license and drone experience (when applicable)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Required Equipment
- Mirrorless or DSLR camera (full frame preferred; 18MP or higher)
- Wide-angle lens (16mm minimum for full frame, 12mm for crop sensor)
- External flash (TTL capable preferred)
- Tripod with accurate level and rotating head
- Motorized gimbal/stabilizer (e.g., Ronin M/S)
- Lavalier microphone
- 360 camera (e.g., Ricoh Theta) with monopod
- Smartphone or iPad with current operating system
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for uploads
