ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base within a designated region. This position combines proactive outreach, relationship-building, and financial analysis to introduce potential clients to our range of investment products. Working closely with the President of Sales, you'll use phone calls, virtual meetings, in-person meetings, and on-site presentations to generate leads, build new business relationships, and grow your territory.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Lead generation & client acquisition — Seek out new clients and business opportunities through phone outreach, virtual consultations, in-person meetings, and on-site presentations, continuously expanding your pipeline.
• Needs assessment & product suitability — Engage prospects to understand their financial goals and objectives, then offer tailored recommendations suited to their unique situations.
• Client relationship management — Build and nurture long-term relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for financial solutions and following up regularly to ensure continued alignment with client goals.
• Collaboration & reporting — Partner with the President of Sales on strategic initiatives and territory growth targets, reporting on sales activity, client feedback, and market trends.
• Market expansion — Drive penetration within your assigned region, identifying new opportunities and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Compliance & industry knowledge — Maintain a thorough understanding of financial products, market conditions, and industry regulations to ensure accuracy and compliance in every client interaction.
WHAT YOU BRING
• Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses (required) • Proven sales track record, preferably in financial services • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients at all levels • Results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets • Self-motivated and proactive, effective independently and on a team • Ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate products and services • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed
