What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Finance Analyst (Hybrid) position at Vistex BKV?
The Junior Finance Analyst will be an integral part of corporate finance team. This individual plays a key part in supporting finance business process, analysis and management reporting. This position reports to Sr. Manager (Principal Architect).
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including quarterly reports.
- Prepare presentations (PPT) for board meetings and leadership meetings.
- Work and prepare regional profitability reporting of service regions.
- Collect, compile and prepare annual budgets for each department across all ~18 legal entities and multiple divisions.
- Learn and support billing process related to subscription revenue - maintain subscription booking, backlog, and annual recurring revenue.
- Work on annual report filing and renewals to local/federal government.
- Willing to learn and support the SAP modules related to finance business processes
- Analysis of business segments – Margin and expenses.
- Perform intercompany reconciliation, run cash flow, P&L and balance sheet reports by month and quarter.
- Support finance team in running reports for external auditors.
- Develop and update end user training documentation for the business processes implemented.

Experience
Required- Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in accounting is a must.
- Hand-on with MS excel, formulas, macros and MS power point presentation skills.
- Prior experience running SAP reports is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated interest in learning finance business applications is preferred.
Education
Preferred- Bachelors or better in Finance or related field
