Position Summary
The primary role of the Developer I position is to support our Retail /eCommerce / Small Parcel fulfillment segment, with a focus on leveraging React and MS SQL Server. The React Developer I will work directly with business stakeholders and IT leaders to deliver well-documented solutions that accommodate stakeholders and business process needs while following pre-defined coding standard practices.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work with other various IT staff and other departments in order to adopt new technology and expand capabilities of existing applications
- Design, develop, test and implement business applications
- Develop design documents such as solution integration design / solution blueprints, technical specifications, functional requirements, object modules, system test plans, technical and user documentation
- Translate business requirements into technical design, reusable capabilities, front end libraries, and successful completion of projects which meet requirements
- Provide support to maintain existing applications
- Participate in Team Code Reviews
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications

- 3 years hand on experience with React and Microsoft SQL Server and managing the interaction between database and web applications.
- Strong knowledge and proficiency with Java Script (React), HTML, CSS, TypeScript, Responsive Design, etc.
- Experience with Azure Cloud Native capabilities: Key Vault, Logic App, Function App, etc.
- Experience working in teams delivering web-based applications in a high volume/high uptime industry, preferrable distribution (distribution, 3PL, Retail, eCommerce)
- Prior implementation of micro services to support robust scalable applications
- Experience developing RESTful API services in an enterprise environment
- Self-motivated, with the ability to set and meet deadlines
- Experience developing clean, minimal, and efficient interfaces delivering a high-quality customer experience
- Experience integrating front-end with back-end services
- Triage defects, prioritize, root cause, and resolve defects
Compensation
$100,000 -$120,000 base salary 15% annual incentive potential
