Finance Systems Intern

Job Description

This position reports to a Finance leader, and interfaces primarily with Vistar Finance and Accounting teams, but will also interact with key internal business partners. The Finance Systems Intern will gain exposure to the following areas:

• The big picture / strategy of a Fortune 200 company, specifically how a distribution company operates, and how Finance Systems fit in and enables success
• Candy, snack, and beverage distribution industry (Food/Bev)
  
  

Specific Responsibilities include:

• Validation and enhancements of TM1 related to forecasting, planning, and reporting
• Support integration of reports from TM1 to Power BI
• Support enhancements in Trackmax software related to supplier and customer rebates
• Enhance AR reporting in Power BI, to include automation
  
  

Skills the intern will learn:

• TM1, Trackmax
• Process improvement
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Must be current student, with a minimum of 3.0 GPA in field of study
• Must be studying Finance/Accounting with a minor in IT or Analytics
• Must be available for a 10 week, full-time internship in Englewood June 1 - August 7.
